Hey, girl! I see you there.
Have you ever wished that someone would care enough to really pay attention and really understand?
Have you ever heard a therapist say fuck and just be a real person?
Real is how I do things because real is where the pain is and where the healing happens.
I get it, you hate your life the way it is now. There's a voice in your head that makes you feel like shit. It's always there and you don't know how to get it to shut up. You try telling yourself it's not true or getting yourself distracted, and even if it works for a minute, the voice always comes back.
You're running thoughts over and over in your head. You're having trouble making decisions. You don't know what's wrong with you.
Anxiety and depression are fucking everything up and you are out of ideas for how to fix your life...you worry you're going to hate yourself and your life forever. Sometimes you wonder if it's even worth it.
Let me help you look inward so you can get to know yourself, heal the wounds--new and old--that feel so sore, and start walking around in the shoes of the woman you know you're meant to be. When you dare to look inside for wisdom and answers instead of looking outside, you learn who you really are and how to get the voice inside your head to quiet down.
In therapy, something magical happens...something brave and beautiful and painful and wonderful all at the same time.
I became a therapist because you feel alone in your pain and life is just too hard to go through alone. You don't have to if you don't want to.
I became a therapist not to "help" but because your liberation is wound up with mine and together we can start a healing revolution. Maybe that sounds scary, but freedom, real freedom, where you feel connected to people who care about you and you don't give a flying fuck about what the people who don't matter think of you, where you have clarity about the difference between those types of people, where your pain is just one part of your marvelous story...that's why I'm a therapist.

A Good Fit Is Important
I love diving deep alongside women who feel confused about their lives and their emotions. Maybe you think there's some anxiety and depression going on that keeps you from living your life but you know it's tied to some terrible things that happened so you don't know how to fix how you feel. That's my jam. I work with young women experiencing "traumatic shame" and we can talk loads about what that means and how it's showing up for you.
